The faculty's quality assurance for education is summarised in the annual degree programme report, which accounts for the quality of the faculty’s degree programmes on the basis of the annual status review and programme evaluations.
The education report has three objectives:
The Forum for Education discusses the status of the faculty's action plan and the development of the coming year's action plan.
The final education report and the accompanying statement by the management are approved by the faculty management team, and the report is then included in the overall education report for Aarhus University.
As a follow-up on the year's degree programme quality assurance processes, the Committee on Education draws up an overall degree programme report. This overall report takes stock of the action plan for the past year, accounts for the status of the quality of degree programmes and provides an action plan for the coming year.
The degree programme report is discussed by the senior management team, which then reflects and concludes on the report before informing the board. The conclusion by the senior management team takes the form of a statement by the management.
The statement by the management is presented to the board together with the degree programme report.
