Purpose
Legitimacy, general societal and market trends, support more specific analysis of prospective employers.
How

When
Initially in the development phase.
Pros
Can strengthen and add new perspectives to the analysis of prospective employers.
Cons
Can rarely stand alone, as it is not about the need for a specific degree programme.
